Each year, the extended family of Holocaust Survivors and their descendants gather for a meaningful and joyful tradition—our annual brunch. This event is more than a meal; it’s a celebration of presence, resilience, and continuity across generations. Whether you’re a child, grandchild, or great-grandchild of a Survivor, you’re part of a remarkable legacy.
The annual brunch, held between Mother’s Day and Father’s Day, provides a heartfelt space to honor both those who survived and the families they built. We come together to share in life, honor a lasting legacy, and celebrate the generations who carry it forward.
The brunch will be held on June 1st between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM in the 2nd floor classroom of Holocaust Museum Houston, and invites families of all ages and stages with Holocaust Survivors as our honored guests. Descendant pricing is $25 for adults, $10 for children ages 6-13, and free for children 5 and under. Survivors especially cherish seeing the youngest generation present—living proof of survival and hope.
Please note: This gathering is intended for Holocaust Survivors and their direct descendants. We kindly ask that attendance be limited to those who are part of this unique and meaningful legacy, so we may preserve the intimate and intergenerational spirit of the event.
The event is organized by the Survivor and Descendant Committee of Holocaust Museum Houston and made possible in part by a grant from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
